Approach

Trust is builtdocument by document.

Our process is deliberately unglamorous: identify the counterparty, verify the material, secure it, export it properly and settle transparently. Five steps, written down, every time.

  1. 01

    SOURCE

    Licensed origin

We buy from licensed producers and established aggregators. Every counterparty is identified and checked before a first conversation turns into a trade.

    • Counterparty identification (KYC) and beneficial ownership
    • Mining or dealer licence checked against the issuing authority
    • Sanctions and adverse-media screening
  2. 02

    VERIFY

    Independent assay

Weight, purity and grade are confirmed by accredited laboratories and calibrated scales. The numbers on the certificate are the numbers we trade on.

    • Assay by an accredited laboratory, witnessed where required
    • Calibrated weighing with signed weight notes
    • Gem grading and treatment disclosure for stones
  3. 03

    SECURE

    Chain of custody

Sealed, documented and insured from the moment a parcel is accepted. Each hand-over is recorded, so custody is never a matter of trust alone.

    • Tamper-evident sealing at acceptance
    • Insurance arranged for storage and transit
    • Signed hand-over at every change of custody
  4. 04

    EXPORT

    Permits & logistics

We prepare export permits, certificates of origin and shipping documents, and work with specialist secure-logistics partners to the destination of your choice.

    • Export permit and royalty clearance
    • Certificate of origin and, for diamonds, Kimberley Process certificate
    • Airway bill or bill of lading, packing list and commercial invoice
  5. 05

    SETTLE

    Transparent settlement

Pricing is agreed against a stated benchmark and settled through regulated banking channels, with a full document pack for your records and auditors.

    • Price fixed against an agreed benchmark and date
    • Payment through regulated banking channels only
    • Complete document pack issued to the buyer

Compliance

If it isn't right, the trade waits.

Compliance

We follow a documented due-diligence process on every counterparty and every parcel: identity and ownership checks, licence verification, sanctions screening and a review of how and where the material was produced.

We do not knowingly trade minerals that finance conflict, involve forced or child labour, or bypass the export rules of the country of origin. Where a red flag appears, we stop and investigate before anything moves. Our process is informed by the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals.

Need our compliance questionnaire or policies for your own review? Ask, and we’ll send them.

Questions

Frequently asked

It depends on the commodity. Precious metals and gemstones can start from a single documented parcel; industrial minerals and coal are quoted by specification and volume. Tell us what you need and we'll say plainly whether it's a fit.

Yes. Buyers are welcome to nominate an independent inspector or accredited laboratory, and to witness assay. Agreed procedures are written into the contract before goods move.

Metals are priced against a stated international benchmark on an agreed date, adjusted for measured fineness and agreed terms. Gemstones and industrial minerals are priced per lot or per specification. The basis is always written down.

Company registration and ownership details, the identity of authorised signatories, and confirmation of the destination and end use. We run the same checks on every counterparty, in both directions.

We prepare export documentation and work with specialist secure-logistics and insurance partners. Delivery terms (for example FCA or CIF) are agreed per contract.
