02What we collect

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.

If you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to give us: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and message.

03Cookies and browser storage

We do not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Essential storage: the site saves your privacy choice in your browser's local storage (key "helix-consent") so we don't ask again. It is never sent to us.

Security check: on the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile may store a small amount of data in your browser to tell people from automated programs. It is needed for the form to work.

Live market data (optional): if you choose "Accept all", your browser fetches live prices from gold-api.com and exchange rates from open.er-api.com. These services receive your IP address and browser details, as with any web request. If you choose "Essential only", these requests are not made.

You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

04Security check

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is sending a message. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser characteristics to run this check, under its own privacy policy. The result is verified by our server before your message is passed on.

05How your enquiry reaches us

After the security check, the form opens your own email program with your message addressed to info@helixmineralslimited.com, so you send it from your email account. Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365. Fonts are served from this website itself; no third-party font service is contacted.

06How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out the counterparty checks that the law and our compliance process require. We do not sell or rent personal information.

07How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to a trade are kept for as long as financial and anti-money-laundering rules require.
